Individual Membership: in the Association shall be available to any Person who is actively employed either directly or indirectly to draft and/or prosecute federal and provincial statutes or municipal by-laws or provide related court administrative functions who has complied with this by-law and has paid the membership fee. An individual member shall be entitled to attend meetings, to speak on the issues, vote and be elected to the Board
